A Super Day for a Party

Super Bowl Party Held in the Lodge

Heritage Villagers are fortunate to have a venue where we can gather and enjoy an

American tradition. Many participants gathered and enjoyed the company of friends and neighbors. Some bought appetizers and desserts from home. Hot dogs were artfully topped

Melanie Andrash and Mark Stempeck will surely enjoy their supper.

with sauerkraut, chili, mustard, relish and ketchup. They really looked good enough to eat, and people did just that.

An event like this just doesn’t happen. Thank you to the Heritage Village Men

Diana Serednitzky (left) created this magnificent trifle. It was just too pretty to touch! I’m sure many enjoyed the dessert including Roni Mason who was seated next to her.

There was Lionel Schwartz, the shopper and the schlepper. He bought the dogs, the chips, the rolls and all the trimmings, the soda and doughnuts and cookies and got them down to the Lodge. Karl Schmidt is quite the cook. The Sabretts smelled delicious. John Fornabaio moved the line at the bar in the pub downstairs as

John Fornabaio and John Seidel offered service with a smile.

people filled their plates. John Seidel was there helping out every step of the way. Joe Maciolek helped take bets and took care of the board. The winner was Ronnie Fornabaio.

As for the game, Coach Andy Reid finally has that Super Bowl ring. He deserved the win, and the Chiefs took home the Lombardi Trophy. There was Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and fireworks. The ads were uplifting and enjoyable. Did you “paahk” your car? Let’s hope that we all get together again at the Lodge for Super Bowl 2021.
