Is stress getting you down and in the way of enjoying life? The New Villagers Club invites all Villagers to attend a discussion by Dr. Wendy Hurwitz, a nationally recognized expert on stress, on Sunday, March 15, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m., in Sarah Cooke Hall. Her talk will focus on Building Vitality: Ten Tips to Manage Stress.
Dr. Hurwitz is an expert in two fields: Mind/Body Medicine and Energy Medicine. She has helped individuals and organizations achieve peak performance by enhancing vitality and wellness. Dr. Hurwitz teaches both professionals and students in medicine, psychology and the allied health professional services, as well as lecturing at all the top Medical Schools, such as Harvard, Yale, Columbia, U. of Pennsylvania, NYU, Fordham and UConn. She has been an invited guest speaker at the United Nations. She is based in New York City and translates easy-to-use techniques that people can utilize to maintain and enhance vitality under the most trying circumstances.
